In the Episcopal Church, every congregation is part of a Diocese.  St. Paul’s is a part of the Episcopal Diocese of Western New York.  In 2025, our Diocese voted to end our long-term experimental partnership with the Episcopal Diocese of Northwestern Pennsylvania, which included sharing a Bishop. In October 2025, the Diocese of Western New York elected The Rt. Rev. Steven Lane as our Bishop Provisional until such time as a new bishop is elected.

St. Paul’s is governed by the Rector, Wardens and Vestry.  The Rector is the priest responsible for the congregation.  The Wardens and Vestry are lay people elected by the members of the congregation to be a part of the governing of the congregation.
